Modulang provides an AI-powered translation API service that allows users to translate text between various languages using advanced machine learning models.

4. API Usage

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days advance notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sia Makerlab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of translations or uninterrupted service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sia Makerlab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
