Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Modulang API service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use our Service to translate content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Is fraudulent or deceptive
• Violates privacy rights of others

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or automated collection of translations for training competing AI models
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service in a manner that could harm minors

4. Rate Limiting

API rate limits are enforced to ensure fair usage and service availability. Attempting to circumvent rate limits through multiple accounts, distributed requests, or other means is prohibited.

5. Security

You must:

• Keep your API keys secure and confidential
• Report any security vulnerabilities responsibly
• Not attempt to access other users' data
• Not probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to abuse@siamakerlab.com

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including:

• Warning the account holder
• Suspending API access temporarily
• Terminating the account permanently
• Reporting illegal activities to authorities

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
